• Global Abuse Challenges: phishing, ransomware, domain protection, fraud and other types of cyber crime
• Hardware and software implementation: Splunk,
  DMARC and other tools, vendor cooperation
• Email security: spam, future of email services, filtering, policies, sharing
• Abuse desk operations and function: department structure and position, threat intelligence, investigation, mitigation of risks

The CERT-SOC WG, together with the ETIS Information Security working group forms a European Telco ISAC.
