KEY FOCUS AREAS

As a result of climate change, we are seeing natural disasters from extreme flooding to forest fires destroy Telco infrastructure across Europe. With predictions these will only increase and in some cases become the new norm. The threat landscape is changing, forcing also Business Continuity professionals to adapt their focus. These global threats demand for a new or adapted plans, crisis management and crisis communication. 

• Crisis management and crisis communication approach and tools

• Debates on potential shortage on energy supply for gas and electricity are reviving and require adapted plans

• Testing approach, embedding disaster recovery and business continuity testing in the DNA of the organization
