GROUP DESCRIPTION

ADDRESSES A WIDE VARIETY OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES ABUSE FACED BY THE TELCOS.

KEY FOCUS AREAS IN 2025-2026:

  • Global Abuse Challenges: Phishing, BEC, Ransomware, domain protection, fraud and other types of cyber crime

  • Email security: Spam, BEC, Malware, future of email services, filtering, policies, sharing

  • Hardware and software implementation: Email gateway, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNSSEC and other tools, vendor cooperation

  • Abuse desk operations and function: Department structure and position, threat intelligence, investigation, mitigation of risks

  • 2 In-Person Meetings per Year: Held every year in Spring and in the Fall, offering deep-dive discussions, showcases, and focused networking in a trusted environment.

  • 2 Online Activities per Year: Virtual events (webinars, roundtables, knowledge exchanges) based on member demand:
    • Peer-Led Sessions
    • Expert Talks
    • Benchmarks & Surveys


PARTICIPATING COMPANIES:

Includes leading European telecom operators, technology vendors, and partners actively engaged in Anti-Abuse / Anti-Scam efforts.
