As almost 6 months have passed since
the COVID-19 crisis began, we believe now is the right time to discuss lessons learned and next steps for society and industry as a whole - and Telcos specifically.
From strengthening contingency and long-term planning to transforming society by helping local SMEs go digital to auditing and revising supply chains, there are a number of areas that have demonstrated the criticalness of connectivity in the "new normal"
and how Telcos can move beyond it.
As Winston Churchill once said, “Never waste a good crisis.” Indeed, the ongoing pandemic can strengthen the resilience of our economy and society, but only if we so choose to apply the learnings we have seen and ride the current momentum for change.
