How to make the NPS Score more actionable - this and other focuses of the recent DSCX meeting

The ETIS Digital Sales and Customer Experience working group held their first meeting of the year in Malta, and was kindly hosted by GO plc.
As usual, the sessions of this group were fully interactive, with all participants sharing their take on each of the topics through short, less formal presentations, demos and open discussions. Discussions ranged from how to make the NPS Score more actionable to optimization of sales/service flow to sharing their KPIs to a Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence demo by a guest speaker.
The meeting also included two live demos during the “My App” and “Digital Sales Flow” sessions, where each participant presented and shared the recordings of their own.
A highlight of the meeting was one full session which was dedicated to sharing failures. This activity provided our members with a great opportunity to share what projects did not go as expected, what are the major challenges and struggles, and a discussion on how these can be possible dealt with.
