The new ETIS B2B working group--established thanks to our member initiatives and cooperation--held its kick-off meeting in Brussels from March 21 to 22. Many thanks to Proximus for kindly hosting.
The aim of the working group is to share strategies, use cases, solutions and business opportunities in the B2B segment.
This was an important event for the members to get to know each other, network, establish the themes, topics and the overall scope as well as elect the core team.
It also served as an excellent source of inspiration, learning and benchmarking on the subjects discussed. Digitalisation is high on the agenda for all operators and of course, impacts the B2B departments, too. New portals, digital touchpoints, automatisation, and the overall digital vision and direction were presented. This has a huge impact on customer experience, sales and self-care. As new business opportunities, activities increasing the market share and wider product portfolio are the key elements of this group’s scope, they also looked at commercial security offering, cooperation and consulting.
