The latest ETIS working paper is out!
The ETIS Smart Charging and Payments working group has just released its digital billing and payments manifesto in time for ETIS Community Gathering 2018. “The big (customer-) friendly giant: How Telcos will regain customer trust and promote transparency through digitalisation” addresses the business value of digital billing as well as both the opportunities and challenges that digital transformation presents for the billing process; the customer journey; and level of customer trust.
The Manifesto is a living document. We welcome the input and feedback of our peers and other industry experts. We want to connect with vendors to make this Manifesto a ‘joint vision’ because we simply cannot achieve a full end-to-end digital transformation on our own. Please share your views, opinions, experiences and solutions with us!
This working paper was a product of the discussions of the April 2018 meeting of the SCP Working Group related to the future of billing, its digitalization and the “ideal invoice.” Special thanks to the representatives from KPN, Deutsche Telekom, Proximus and Calvi for their work in consolidating and summarizing these perspectives into one vision. Learn more and access the Digital Billing and Payments Manifesto here.
The SCP working group looks at the latest billing challenges, opportunities and strategies as well as the main business drivers influencing the Telco's business environment. To learn more about the Manifesto and other initiatives of SCP, please contact Michele Lalic, the ETIS Central Office representative responsible for this working group.
