GROUP DESCRIPTION
To complement specific compliance matters covered in other groups, this working group explores general compliance to discuss structural and daily operational challenges.
- Compliance with anti-corruption requirements, good business practices, business ethics, consumer protection, quality of service, etc.
- Compliance with the increasingly complex web of national and EU legislation,
- Whistleblowing process and follow-up,
- Compliance awareness and training,
- Digital transformation in the compliance function - how digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence can be implemented,
- How to evaluate evidence before it is dealt with by 2nd and 3rd line of defense.
