|Welcome to the new ETIS website and Members Corner. Please take the time to learn how best to use it and try to familiarize yourself with it. These FAQ pages are here to explain some of the common features of the new site as well as hopefully help you resolve any challenges you might encounter. Please bear with us as we are constantly updating and improving the information available in the FAQ.|
We are slowly building the FAQ page but in order for it to really reflect its title, we need to get your feedback and questions first.
We would like to encourage you to use the Idea Box function to ask any questions or let us know what is on your mind.

1. Pages not displaying correctly?
The homepage and Members Corner are designed to work across majority of browsers including but not limited to: Internet Explorer (version 9 and higher), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox & Safari). Some of our test users have experienced difficulties with IE version 8 but for security reasons as well as to assure that the pages and other features will be displayed correctly, please make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed.
If you're viewing the website via a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.), please note that the responsive design scaling works well only with larger screens. This means that the homepage might not display correctly on your smartphone but all of the features of the site remain functional. We also encourage you to download the ETIS iPhone and iPad application from the iTunes store.
