Description: Each participating operator shares key updates, challenges, and initiatives in Direct Carrier Billing. If time permits, operators may highlight a strategic or innovative project.

Description: This session covers recent and upcoming regulatory shifts and their impact on DCB. Topics include PSD3/PSD4, Digital Markets Act, and the CAMARA project. Speakers will provide insights on telco compliance strategies and the evolving API landscape.

Theme: Strengthening defenses and fostering trust in carrier billing ecosystems.

Joint session with NITT and AIDA Working Groups

 

Description: This optional session explores how companies scale AI from isolated pilots to full deployment. Presenters will share real-world journeys, highlighting lessons in defining high-impact use cases and building implementation roadmaps. While not directly focused on DCB, the session may offer useful insights on applying AI to areas like fraud prevention, customer engagement, and campaign optimization. DCB members are welcome to join as observers.
