The upcoming ETIS Digital Sales & Customer Experience (DSCX) Working Group meeting is scheduled to take place on 22–23 January 2026, in Brussels.
This two-day session will focus on the strategic role of the telco app as a key driver of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty, generously hosted by our partner Proximus.
As apps become the primary interface between customers and telecom brands, this meeting will explore how operators are evolving their MyApp strategy – from core functionalities to long-term value creation.

AGENDA AND MEETING FORMAT
The final topics are still being confirmed; however, the areas below are meant to illustrate the overall direction of the meeting:
-
Full end-to-end app demos & functionalities – showcasing how operators structure and evolve their customer apps
-
Multi-app vs. one app vs. super app approaches – defining the best model for scale and simplicity
-
The app as a loyalty engine – turning engagement into retention and advocacy
-
App-driven customer journeys – how the app supports onboarding, service, and repeat interactions
-
Measuring success – identifying KPIs that link app usage to customer satisfaction and loyalty outcomes
The meeting will feature a mix of roundtables, presentations, and workshops, designed to combine peer exchange with hands-on learning. In true ETIS spirit, each participating company is encouraged to share their experiences, challenges, or success stories related to app strategy and retention.
The detailed agenda will be shared by mid-November, but we invite members to register early if they plan to attend, to support coordination and logistics.
