The ETIS Community Gathering 2015 that took place in Copenhagen on 15-16 October 2015. This unique event brought together our members to share knowledge on the latest ICT trends, opportunities and challenges facing the European Telecom industry.
The Gathering began with a Common Session on the following theme: “Disrupt or be Disrupted – The Telecom Innovation Road-map”. This featured a Keynote presentation from Innovation Guru, Alexander Blass, who has been credited with kicking off the Crowd Funding industry. His part inspirational and part educational keynote helped to dispel the myth that Telcos are too big to innovate whilst aiming to inspire our Members to innovate as well.
This was supported by some innovative digital strategies and insights from Google, Ericsson and Disruptive Views. The session ended with an interactive wrap-up and Q&A with the whole audience. The remainder of day 1 and all of day 2 was dedicated to the ETIS Working Groups without forgetting the Gala Dinner and the Farewell reception.
