ETIS Billing Working Group Meeting - Berlin, 2 Dec.

The focus of the meeting will be to share knowledge and experiences on the latest Billing challenges, opportunities and strategies as well as the main business drivers influencing your billing environment. This meeting will feature presentations from Deutsche Telekom, Telekom Austria, CA, TMF and Billing Views and will cover topics like Alternative Business & Billing models, Quality & Revenue in the Billing Value Chain, Monetizing Services, Cost control, Billing partnerships and of course the ETIS Electronic Billing Standards.

To help expand the scope of the Working Group, Alex Leslie, Director of Billing Views and former CEO of the Global Billing Association will lead a real-time benchmarking session within the workshop. Alex will present some ideas, data and the benefits of benchmarking the billing process as well as provide some insights into the challenges facing billing managers within major telecoms companies around the world.

The working group meeting will take place on Day 1 (Wednesday, 2 December) of the IIR Next Generation Billing Conference and will be free of charge for ETIS members.
