ETIS Community Gathering 2009 to be hosted in Istanbul on 15/16 October
ETIS is pleased to inform you that the next ETIS Community Gathering will be hosted by ETIS in Istanbul on 15/16 October 2009. The Gathering will also be held in conjunction with the 38th Management board hosted by Turkcell on 14 October 2009. The ETIS Community Gathering will bring together our members from the European Telecom operators to share knowledge on key ICT issues facing the Telecom industry.

New ETIS Billing Working Group Launched
ETIS just held a Billing Working group meeting in conjunction with the IIR BSS Summit hosted in Amsterdam on 8-11 June 2009. The meeting was well attended by 29 senior Billing executives from 20 Telecommunications companies from Europe and beyond.

37th Management Board & CIO Executive Workshop hosted by Deutsche Telekom
ETIS held its 37th Management Board meeting which was hosted by Deutsche Telekom in Bonn on 27 May 2009. An ETIS CIO Executive Workshop was also held the following day on the theme of ''Future Telco Scenarios & IT as an Enabler''. The meetings were attended by senior ICT Executives from companies such as Deutsche Telekom, KPN, Belgacom, OTE, Telecom Italia, Croatian Telecom, TeliaSonera, Telenor, Cisco, Detecon and Boston Consulting Group.
