The ETIS Digital Sales and Services Working Group held its first meeting of this year kindly hosted by KPN in Amsterdam on 3 & 4 March. The event was attended by 28 participants from 13 companies: A1 Telekom Austria, KPN, eir, Swisscom, CYTA, Lattelecom, Proximus, Telenor Serbia, Telfort, Lithium, Simyo, Ping Media and Incentro.
Maarten Goedvolk, Chairman of the ETIS DSS WG said: “Last week, we (KPN/Telfort) hosted a very successful DSS group meeting in Amsterdam. This time we got more input for the KPI’s than ever before; there were interesting presentations full of valuable insights and discussions about how to improve the business based on experience and learnings. We look forward to the next meeting in Belgrade, Serbia, on 9 & 10 June.”
This two-day meeting consisted of a number of sessions combining various presentations and discussion. The first day kicked off with a roundtable of updates on recent successes and future plans from all present companies. This was followed by a presentation on analysis of the Sales & Services KPIs, the group’s quarterly benchmark. In the afternoon, the main focus was on Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid projects.
The morning of the second day was dedicated to online support and service apps. A number of interesting guests in the afternoon enriched the group with presentations on personalised videos, data science and neuropersonalisation.
ETIS would like to thank KPN/ Telfort, namely Maarten Goedvolk and his colleagues for preparing and hosting the meeting as well as their great hospitality.
The next ETIS Digital Sales and Service Working Group meeting will take place on 9 & 10 June 2016 in Belgrade, Serbia, kindly hosted by Telenor Serbia.
