Customer Self-Service WG Meeting Summary

On 14-15 June, an ETIS Customer Self Service Working Group meeting was kindly hosted by Telecom Italia in Rome. The meeting was attended by 29 participants from the following companies: A1 Telekom Austria, Belgacom, Deutsche Telekom , KPN, Lattelecom, Swisscom, TDC, Telecom Italia, Telenor, TeliaSonera, T-Systems and TNO.
The first day was dedicated to sharing information on online strategies and discussing Sales Key Performance Indicators, ending with a presentation on developing concepts for elderly and disabled people. The second day covered a variety of topics such as: Website Redesign, Business Customer Chat, Cost Free Self Service, Cross/Up Selling on Fixed Customer Base, Web & Mobile Fault Handling and Responsive Web Design.
