The next ETIS CIO Executive Workshop will be hosted by Deutsche Telekom in Bonn on June 1st, 2012. The theme of the Workshop is ‘Strategic IT Governance in Telcos’ and will look at the different ways in which Telcos are organizing their IT. The morning will feature some key member presentations on how they are governing their IT in various scenarios whilst looking at issues such as organizational structures, cross border synergies, in/outsourcing strategies, etc. The second part of the day will be focused on a discussion session on Strategic IT Governance which will aim to identify some best practices in certain scenarios.

Participating in this workshop will allow you to discuss your IT Governance Strategies and challenges with the CIOs from the ETIS Member Telcos in a trusted and open environment.
