CIO Executive ForumTelecom profits are continuing to drop while the pressure to build business through technological differentiation continues. Telcos at all levels are struggling with convergence, integration and managing resources in this fast changing business environment. The Telco's CIOs are strategically placed to influence the Telco's innovation, transformation and organization.
